Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SignalBee ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignalBee provides an automated trading signal execution platform that receives trading signals from TradingView and executes trades on cryptocurrency exchanges (currently Binance) on behalf of users. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring you have the legal right to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Securing your Binance API keys and understanding the permissions granted

4. Trading Risks

IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You acknowledge that:

  • You may lose all funds invested in cryptocurrency trading
  • SignalBee is a tool for executing signals and does not provide trading advice
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and strategies
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
  • Automated trading may execute trades faster than manual review allows

5. API Key Security

While SignalBee encrypts your exchange API keys using industry-standard encryption, you acknowledge that:

  • You grant SignalBee permission to execute trades on your behalf using your API keys
  • You are responsible for setting appropriate trading limits on your exchange account
  • You should enable only "Spot Trading" permissions on Binance API keys
  • You can revoke API key access at any time by deleting credentials from SignalBee
  • SignalBee is not responsible for unauthorized use of your API keys if your account is compromised

6. Risk Management Features

SignalBee provides risk management tools including whitelisted trading pairs, maximum order size limits, and an enable/disable toggle. However:

  • These features are provided as convenience tools, not guarantees
  • You are responsible for configuring these settings appropriately
  • SignalBee is not liable for trades executed within your configured limits
  • Technical issues may affect the reliability of these features

7. Service Availability

SignalBee aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform maintenance that temporarily suspends service
  • Experience downtime due to technical issues or third-party dependencies
  • Modify or discontinue features with or without notice (MVP phase)

SignalBee is not liable for missed trading opportunities due to service interruptions.

8. Fees and Billing

During the MVP phase, SignalBee offers a 14-day free trial. Future pricing:

  • Will be communicated with advance notice before implementation
  • May include subscription fees for continued service access
  • Does not include exchange fees charged by Binance for trading

9. Data Collection and Privacy

SignalBee collects and stores trading signals, order history, and account credentials. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling. Key points:

  • API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption
  • Passwords are securely hashed before storage
  • Signal and order history retained for 30 days
  • We do not sell your data to third parties

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALBEE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Trading losses or missed opportunities
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Errors in signal execution or order placement
  • Third-party exchange failures or API issues
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to credential compromise
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

In no event shall SignalBee's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalBee and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your trading activities
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Deleting all exchange credentials from the dashboard
  • Disabling trading via the enable/disable toggle
  • Contacting support to request account deletion

SignalBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

13. Modifications to Terms

SignalBee may modify these Terms at any time during the MVP phase. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

16. Acknowledgment

BY USING SIGNALBEE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING CARRIES SUBSTANTIAL RISK AND THAT YOU MAY LOSE ALL INVESTED CAPITAL.
