Important information about SignalBee's services
Last updated: January 24, 2026What SignalBee Is
SignalBee is a technical automation tool that executes trades based on signals YOU configure in external platforms such as TradingView.
SignalBee acts as a bridge between your trading alerts and cryptocurrency exchanges. We support 31 exchanges (24 spot and 7 perpetual) including Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, KuCoin, Gate.io, and others. When you create an alert in TradingView, SignalBee receives that signal via webhook and executes the trade on your connected exchange account using your own API credentials.
What SignalBee Does NOT Do
SignalBee does NOT:
- Provide investment advice or trading recommendations
- Generate trading signals or market analysis
- Make trading decisions on your behalf
- Hold or custody your funds or assets
- Have access to withdraw your funds
- Guarantee any trading outcomes or profits
All trading signals originate from your own alerts that you create and configure in external platforms. SignalBee simply executes what you have already decided.
Your Responsibilities
By using SignalBee, you acknowledge that YOU are solely responsible for:
- All trading decisions and the signals you configure
- The security of your exchange API credentials
- Setting appropriate trading limits and safeguards
- Understanding the risks of automated trading
- All financial outcomes resulting from your trades
- Compliance with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
You should be aware that:
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
- You can lose some or all of your invested capital
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Automated trading systems can malfunction or execute unexpected trades
- Exchange APIs may experience downtime or errors
- Network latency can affect trade execution timing
Additional Risks for Perpetual Futures Trading
Perpetual futures trading carries significantly higher risk than spot trading.
If you use SignalBee for perpetual futures trading, you acknowledge:
- Leverage amplifies both gains AND losses - With 10x leverage, a 10% adverse price movement results in 100% loss of your margin
- Liquidation is automatic and final - When your margin is depleted, your position is forcibly closed and you lose your entire margin
- Funding rates affect costs - Perpetual contracts have funding payments every 8 hours that can significantly impact profitability
- Short positions have unlimited loss potential - Unlike long positions, shorts can lose more than 100% if the price rises significantly
- Market gaps can cause unexpected liquidations - Sudden price movements may liquidate positions before stop-losses can execute
Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Consider seeking advice from a qualified financial advisor before engaging in cryptocurrency trading. Perpetual futures trading is not suitable for inexperienced traders.
