What are whitelisted pairs and why should I use them?

Whitelisted pairs are the only trading pairs SignalBee will execute orders for. This safety feature prevents accidental trades on unexpected pairs. For example, if your whitelist contains only BTC-USDT and ETH-USDT, signals for ADA-USDT will be rejected with a "pair_not_whitelisted" error. Best practices: Only whitelist pairs you actively trade, review your whitelist regularly, and test new pairs with small amounts first.

How secure are my exchange API keys?

Your API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage, never stored in plaintext, transmitted only via TLS 1.3, and each credential is isolated with a unique encryption key. SignalBee is non-custodial: we only request trade-only permissions and never have the ability to withdraw funds. For additional security: set IP restrictions on your exchange if using a static IP, and use max order size limits in SignalBee Configuration.

Common signal rejection reasons: "trading_disabled" means trading is turned off in Configuration - enable it to process signals.
